Constance Kwaa Ababio joined the IDP Foundation in 2020 – and as Policy and Advocacy Manager, she manages the implementation of the Foundation’s advocacy strategy, aids in building strategic relationships, and participates in policy discourse.

Constance has extensive experience in policy analysis, project management, advocacy and research, and has worked on several projects funded by international organizations, including the ATLAS Network, DANIDA, BUSAC Fund, and OSIWA. She previously worked for the Imani Center for Policy and Education, where she undertook several research projects across trade, education, health, agriculture, energy and governance.

Constance holds a BA in Geography and Rural Development, and an MSc in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She also holds a Professional Certificate in International Trade from the University of Adelaide in Australia. She’s based in Accra, Ghana.
