Raphael Akomeah, also known as Ralph is the Program Manager for the IDP Foundation in Ghana and joined the IDPF with over 13 years of experience in the financial service industry in multiple African countries. He managed the implementation of the IDP Rising Schools Program (IDPRSP) at Sinapi Aba (one of the largest Financial Institution in Ghana) for over 7 years before joining the IDPF Foundation.  Ralph provides IDPF with technical expertise and supports program efficacy and scaling of the IDPF education portfolio of programs and projects.

Ralph holds Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Amity University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from Christian Service University College and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Kumasi Polytechnic.  He is based in Accra, Ghana.
