Alison Ehlke is the Chief Operating Officer at IDP. Since joining the Foundation in 2011, Alison has played a pivotal role in its development, serving as a strategic thought partner to its leadership, and helping to develop and implement the Foundation’s overarching strategy and impact investing goals.

With over 15 years’ experience in business development and operations, Alison is passionate about the role philanthropy can play in solving socio-economic issues and promoting a strong sense of community. She’s devoted to helping the Foundation in its efforts to encourage and support the development of innovative and sustainable solutions to complex global issues by combining smart philanthropy with mission-aligned impact investing.

Alison holds a BA in Geography from St. Cloud State University and is based in Chicago, USA
