Having joined IDPF in 2020, Phoebe Mensah is the Finance and Administrative Officer for the Foundation. She provides administrative, finance support and logistic support functions, both for the Foundation and the IDP Rising Schools Program in Ghana.

Phoebe holds a BA in Accounting and Computing from the Kumasi Technical University, and a Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana. She’s based in Accra, Ghana.
